Mtn. Dog Woodworking creates hand-made wooden items using locally milled lumber. All lumber is sourced from a variety of small farms and saw mills, where lumber is carefully milled. In the shop we use the most common species of woods to the New England region including, Oak, Walnut, Cedar, Poplar, Maple and Pine, along with others. All the wood contains a unique character, and charm that reflects the rustic furniture that was once so common to the area. Mtn. Dog Woodworking specializes in rustic and industrial furniture however, we also create modern pieces to reflect your needs and requests. All products can be customized to your exact needs, and we welcome the opportunity to create a unique item for your business or home. We currently operate and create all of our handmade furniture inside a former horse barn, which we have converted to our custom workshop. Feel free to reach out with any request or questions.
